Bare Life Yoga’s sole aim is to make Yoga accessible to all, both new and tenured students who wish to practice. Throughout each class there will be options offered and modifications suggested, allowing everyone to practice at their own pace, and to the best of their own abilities.
Bare Life Yoga asks that each practitioner take full responsibility for any injuries, illnesses or ailments they may be working with. Although practices and postures can be modified throughout, please do adhere to medical advice or recommendations before deciding to attend a class.
Should you book a class that you are unable to attend, not to worry! A recording of the session will be emailed to you, allowing you to practice in your own time. Furthermore, we can reschedule your booking, allowing you to join a live class of your choice.
